This property was a dated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, one-story single family home. It was transformed to a modern, unique 5 bedroom 5 bathroom, 2-story house. With lots of windows, glass doors, and wood textures, an open concept and an inside-out and outside-in designed were displayed in the whole house. We successfully incorporated the office space without losing the concepts, which came perfect for the trend of telework.  
The second floor, the swimming pool, and the guest house were additions.
