Rodrigue Colaianni was born and raised in France. After he graduated from the university in France, he moved to Chile to earn a master degree in Commercial Engineer and eventually moved to the US. Growing up and seeing his father being successful at investing in real estate in France, it was natural for him to enter into the real estate industry.

While he has been a successful business person in the Cultural Exchange and Hospitality industry, he purchased a very first investment property in the Greater Wilshire in 1999 and since then he has built a portfolio of single family residences and multi-units that he has renovated for his own long term passive income strategy.

His investment is wide-ranging from a single-family home to a commercial property (Apartment, Condominium, Parking lots) and his profit comes from a real estate investment to a luxury vacation rental. He has always managed all steps - market research, market analysis, designing, planning, getting permits, managing constructions- in remodeling his properties on his own and by working as an investor and an owner builder, his expertise and network especially in the LA market has been built up strong.
